Enchanted Kingdom-Gold Lamp
I had the same problem as the other reviewers. But what I really want to know is why have the majority of your games gone to F2? I don’t like those because I like to check the Strategy Guide sometimes when something doesn’t work right and F2s don’t have the Guide. I figure that I did something wrong and I check the Guide to make sure it’s not me. Will Dominigames put more games out that are not F2s, please? Otherwise, I guess I’ll just have to find some good books to read. Thanks

Customer service is unavailable for help
I go to your website to get a ticket started about the issue and not being able to move forward at the cracked pillar. The hit button does not work it keeps sending me round and round and I do not know how to fix it to proceed forward. I understand technical glitches but you guys never seem to write back and address the issue. Can you please tell me how to move past this because again your ticket system does not work.
