Poor customer support
I got charged to renew a yearly membership without a reminder. When I reached out the same day to ask for a refund, I was told by customer service that they would do their best to fix the problem, but I haven’t received a response to my numerous emails after 4 months of reaching out for an update.

Sound doesn’t work
It’s a great concept since I love their in person classes but I live in a different borough, but the sound doesn’t work and I’ve tried troubleshooting a few times now.
