Doesn’t work
I’ve never had luck using this app so it’s been about a year and I thought I would try again. I take 6 different medications and after loading them in my account I tried to find a participating pharmacy. Trying preferred, rx for less, and retail options they all come up not covered by CDPHP. I called and verified they are covered but the CS person had no idea why the app wasn’t working. I’m done and will compare pricing on each different pharmacy website. I will delete the app.

RX APP spins forever after signing in
The entire Rx process has my head “spinning”, in addition to difficulties with instructions not being followed by new Rx delivery. I have requested that only 1 of my prescriptions be delivered via “mail order”! Even after confirmation that they understood, I am still getting notifications that they are going to ship an Rx vs my local pharmacy. “Yikes”! What a mess!
