The variety of instructors and difficulty levels make this the perfect app for me
I was initially very skeptical of the effectiveness of the classes. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. The classes have such a good range. If I need a quick, but effective ab routine, it’s there. If I’m trying to learn the basics, they have that. I love that they sync playlists as well. The classes have been able to wake up muscles I didn’t even know I had. I was used to weight lifting, and this helped both in muscle building, mobility, and flexibility. It’s also been nice to have instructors that focus on the breathing. A staple in my routine.
