I have been going to Shred for over 10 years. The workout remains challenging, fun and transformative! The instructors are all amazing. I go to a lot of boutique workouts and Shred is always clean! I appreciate how they take the time to clean in between every class. Last, the app is easy to use. As long as I am able, I will be a Shredder!
