Listen..listen..just hear me out…
I have the 90s, guess jeans booty.. I worked forever trying to get a lil apple to this bottom..to no avail. HOWEVER.. I found these guys on insta and learned so much about “glute mechanics” and what I’m doing and most importantly..not doing. Surprisingly, just learning more about how the muscle group functions and that there are INFACT specific workouts to target specific gluteal muscle groups. Learning that, I’ve slowly been seeing small gains over the past month. So excited to find this app!!! Definitely worth the work if you’re looking to add a lil fluff to your pancakes. 😍
