Terrible and tiring first experience
I used the app to send a package and chose the end of day delivery method. Even after placing the order before 4 PM my package was first, not picked up the delivery partner, then rejected after 6 PM and then cancelled due to a system glitch. After this I had to place the order again and pay more than what was quoted to me. Again, I wish I could have been given some compensation considering I was given assurances by customer service but they never followed through. I don’t think I will use the app again. The customer support agents were helpful but the service was abysmal.
