Now you can approve your online purchases with your cards using the new NBG Authenticator app.
NBG Authenticator provides enhanced payment authentication when you make online purchases, in line with the latest EU security regulations.
How it works:
• sign in to the app by activating your PIN or fingerprint
• register your NBG cards
• each time you buy something from an e-shop with your cards, you’ll automatically receive a push notification to login to the app and approve or decline the purchase

Not a good app
Guys come on. Fix the app. It should be easy enough. When it works it is great.

Doesn’t work on my phone, but signing on the website works
I guess my iPhone is an old version and the Authenticator app doesn’t work for me. On my daughters newer iPhone, it works. But at least they’ve created an option to authenticate purchases when you sign in to the actual website. So that’s good. But I still wish it was easier to purchase stuff. Many times, I just use my USA credit card, PayPal, or select αντικαταβολή just to make the purchase faster.
