Welcome to My Family Child Care, an app tailored for Family Child Care Providers and the families they serve! Family Child Care Home providers, also known as home-based day care providers, care for nearly 2 million children in the United States. This multicomponent app will deliver much needed self-care, parenting, and parent engagement content for providers and parents and early literacy, math, and social emotional learning games for 3-6 year old children. Finally, users will have access to the Ask a Nurse Program, a tele-wellness service provided by registered nurses housed at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing.

This app is the first version developed and part of the formative phase of an ongoing project. The app’s main goal is to create a health and learning infrastructure for Family Child Care Home Providers, parents and children.
