A cool feature of the app is the animating data presenter enabling you to see all your data without having to touch the screen. This allows water lock mode to be enabled while allowing you to view your current and average heart rate, calories burned, and even your estimated wave count. To take charge of how your data is presented, you can tune the animation frequency.
For those of you brave enough to take your headphones in the water with you, the option to manage your music is offered as one of the active surf session pages.

Surfing activities are saved in FitSurfer, Activity, and Health iPhone apps. Your Activity ring updates when using FitSurfer.
