Buggy
Crashes half the time when trying to log in. Doesn’t keep you logged in. UI is cluttered and difficult to navigate. Crashes sometimes when using dropdown menus

Disappointing
The phone app is full of bugs. It is difficult to use and only some of the functions actually work. The online app works much better and makes the program useful. We basically don’t use the admin phone app.
