I bought a ring ,necklace and bracelet for my birthday in June first of all they didn’t ship it soon I had to email them asking them where are they after 7 day of buying there was no tracking or any thing Now we are in November the ring broke the necklace Changed color and the bracelet is not okay two it was more than 50 dollar I could got the same quality from overseas website less than 15 dollars.

False advertisement

If I can give a zero star to this shop, I would. I ordered from Holee three times with minor issues, my daughter’s kids bracelet arrived too big and I asked her can I send this to be re-sized? She said no you do it. I did re-sized it, but after couple of wear, the color faded and it broke. It was obviously a poor quality. With this 4th order, I had two issues and this is where I get to see their horrible customer service. Anklet advertised as size 25cm on the website and when I received it, I was majorly disappointed, it doesn’t fit for adults, it fits my 4 years daughter. It turned out it’s 20cm, no way it would fit an adult skinny anklet. second issue, the ring was not adjustable as she stated, it won’t get smaller than size 7. If something doesn’t fit you ladies, please take a video and send it to her, I had to explain to her multiple times in Arabic and English and she still insisted that the ring can get smaller. I explained to her again it won’t, I tried my hardest with it and it won’t. On top of all this mess on her part, she refuses to issue a refund to my card or even send a replacement of a different anklet. She insisted about giving me a gift card for her website, which I told her I don’t plan to use. Finally, she gave me a refund for the anklet only and still issued a gift card for a ring that was falsely advertised as adjustable. One more thing, with my order she sent in an extra earring and I told her I would be happy to send it back. I thought she would at least appreciate that gesture and truly send me a replacement anklet, but nope. I don’t plan on buying anymore from this lady, she’s difficult to deal with and when I write to her in Arabic she doesn’t understand me sometimes, I write to her English, then she says why you write in English. It has been a horrible experience and buyers please be aware of the measurements on the website as it looks like it’s inaccurate. I don’t recommend buying from this shop, spend your money some where you can get a great customer service. Also, a lot of her items has one picture and the picture is so deceiving like the anklet picture seemed so big and in reality it was so small. This is just one example, I asked her many times before about providing more pictures for other items and all she says that’s the only picture available.
