Used the app and seemed pretty straightforward and simple when accessing the carts. When it came time to return the cart I clipped it back in and try to end the rental on the app and I’m told my payment isn’t processing. I tried multiple times and before I knew it, I had 6 pending charges on my bank statement. Was frustrated cause the number to call the company is listed but not available to take calls. Sent an email and received a response 4 days later but I’m not able to take my card off the app because “my rental is active” on the app. Honestly too scared to rent another cart from this company cause it feels like a scam.

I downloaded and used the app to unlock a cuddle cart at our local mall. Upon locking the cart back in place and following the directions to submit payment ( prompted on my phone screen) the app was having trouble connecting or processing the payment. After retrying the card I put on file multiple times with no success, I tried a different card, same outcome. After being very confused I thought to check my banking app to make sure, and low and behold 5 transactions for a 36 min and 22 second use plus the other 3 on my credit card. I called my bank and let them know what had happened. I tried reaching out via the phone number listed on their website ( which unfortunately doesn’t even ring) I filled out a contact form on their website with NO response. The app still after 48 hours is telling me it can not process the payment and to retry. All I want to do is remove my card information from this app and delete it from my phone!
