▶ Notice of purchase completion
The QR Pass for the purchased product will be sent through MMS and Email. The QR Pass can be used on the reservation date. Please visit a restaurant, transportation ticket, or product sales store, present the QR code, and use it according to your reservation schedule. However, if inevitably a change of the date of use is required on site, you may request a change of the date of use to the relevant store. However, it is not possible to change the reservation (usage) date for the “Optional Tour” product (reason: it occurs when there is no tour on the requested date of change or when the tour is full).
▶ Cancellation and Refund
After purchase, cancellation and refund up to 7 days before the date of use cancellation and refund are available, however cancelation and refund is not available from 7 days before the date of use (except for reasons of force majeure such as natural disasters and merchants fault). Please present QR Pass before using the store.
