I ordered a tumbler on July 22, 2022 and never received it I have tried to communicate with them and they refuse to reply to any emails
more than patient enough
Horrible customer service
Blocked my account after I started asking for updates on my orders. Currently have 3 open orders and Ashley refuses to give me updates. Just keeps saying they’ll ship when they’re done. It’s been 6 months since I paid for my cup and it’s not even finished. She’s more concerned about her bomb party sales.
