Not Bad, Could be great!

Needs updates for features not supported. The hardware has a CanBus interface so it could have so much more potential. Pre sales told me my power running boards would have LED function with the turn signals, but that setting does nothing. Other features work well like wake on approach and on while running. The doors all function properly with the side steps as well. There is a definite language translation issue and so many settings are simply not explained or addressed in the app or companion manual. For example: the setting for Turn shows as Trun L&R. The settings have all kinds of options and while some are self explanatory, others are completely unknown. The boards these work with are outstanding, but the module/app could use a firmware update for added functionality and what it really needs is a CarPlay option to control the steps from the vehicle touch screen! That’d make it a 5 star review. Get on it dev team!!

App needs updated asap

I can not connect the roller direct to the battery as Ford said connect to Aux switches. Every-time I start the truck the roller thinks it’s open when it’s closed and I tried to set in the app like the shop teach me but every time I start I need to do it again. This is very bad and inconvenient. Please change app so that when have power come on the roller know it is closed position not open position. If you can fix this then I give you 5 star.
