Signup issues
Was having problems during signup. Format of phone number didn’t look right. Got to phone# verification but first try said “code expired”. Subsequent tries said “code error”. Couldn’t go back to re-enter phone#. Tried to delete account to start over. Mistake. Do NOT delete account. Clicked on “delete” button just before noticing a warning about deleting an account. Now “locked” from creating account on my iPhone. Successfully created a Jolt account on my Samsung Z Fold. Jolt account support was NOT helpful. Even though account deleted, Jolt thinks device is linked to a different Jolt account. Jolt can’t or won’t purge deleted account.
