Muito bom app, contendo o tempo de exercício e o de intervalo. Pontos que ao meu ver poderia melhorar: 1- o último exercício não tem como controlar o tempo de intervalo. 2- poderia ter uma aba para o controle e registro de carga, pois quando muda o treino os valores desaparecem quando se é colocado em anotações.
