The Houlihan CaseTalk app has been designed to provide clients with instantaneous updates and automated notifications regarding their case in an effort to keep the client fully informed. The app provides the client with access to the firm’s terms and conditions, chain of correspondence, any upcoming meetings / appointments and all relevant documents regarding their case which can be accessed any time of the day without having to call the firm during working hours. The purpose of the app is to ensure that clients are aware of key stages of their cases by way of an automated message detailing the new development in their case. The app also allows messages to be sent between the client and the solicitor to keep up communication.
