Convenient
Zoom everywhere in Jerusalem, and just drop off bike. Ah, app has Israeli glitches, they will fix it. It Does not take the fun away!

Awful Customer Service and Poor Bikes
After using Jerufun for about 20 rides, I have to say that many of the bikes do not work and often times the ride will not end and they will keep charging you. Customer service is nonexistent. lots of improvement is needed in this product.
