My status doesn’t show when the system is down
Used to whenever I opened the app I got a screen that kinda looks like a slot machine window telling me % of devices online number of users and something else then below it all of my devices would show and I could see what was up and what was down. Now new version shows that if the system is all up otherwise it blanks the graphics and displays a message “get help here” which takes you to submit a ticket. Most of the time I just want/need to know which devices need to be powered off and back. Now the app is worthless to me
