Glitchy
Incredibly glitchy and unreliable as an app for iPhone. Refresh rate is poor. I often have to fully close the app and reopen it to refresh text messages. If I am in a message thread and receive a response from a client I have to exit the conversation, reload the app, and then the message will appear in the message thread. I wish the iOS app was more functional so that I could rely on receiving communications when I am away from my desk.

Great support, app keeps getting better
The CallTrackingMetrics team offers great support and helping us get the most out of their platform and app. They are constantly updating and improving the application. The last several releases have been impactful for our team.
