Eliminated Runner’s Heel
I bought the complete setup, two floor units and a hand held for my golf swing. I was experiencing runner’s heel so I focused on it initially. Went from having painful feet every morning to zero pain in about 6 weeks. It has been a huge help with the golf swing. Both distance and accuracy have improved dramatically. Rotexmotion is amazing, it will be used regularly from now on. Dr. LaCaze’s invention and app are outstanding!

This app is great. Easy to use and find exercises that really help mobility. Dr. Joe is so knowledgeable and interesting and always seeking ways to make us move and turn better. Really has helped me.
