Bugs!!
After screwing around needlessly trying to make a voiceprint and going back and forth with an agent, trying many steps, I was told there is a bug in the app preventing making a voiceprint

No support for S600
AnkerWorks support said to update to the latest version of the AnkerWorks app to enable me to pair my new S600. Version 2.7.0 does not however have any support for the S600 model yet.
