Perfect Replacement!

I had an old app for prayer that was perfect for my needs but suddenly it stopped working over the years as technology advanced. I finally ran across amen pray and it has proven to be a nice substitute. My only concern is that I can’t order my prayers in the order I want to see them. Also I can’t pray for just one person and have the timer track it. I have to pray for my entire list (which has gotten quite extensive) in order for the timer to track me! I can swipe through to get to the person but that takes up so much time. It would be easier if I could just pick the person from an alphabetized list because sometimes I need to pray for multiple concerns for the same person. Also, occasionally someone else will drop into my spirit while praying for another person. I don’t want to have to stop in the middle and create a whole new prayer. Why can’t I just quickly drop the person’s name in my list and then go back later and add the details (without too much interruption in the prayer flow)? And I can understand that “answered prayers” should disappear from your main list of prayers, but sometimes I like to go back and look at them to remind me of what God has done. But it’s so difficult to find them again in this app. It’d be nice if there was just a section on the main menu entitled “answered prayers” to make them easy to find. And finally, I’m not able to get in touch with support at all. The links in the App Store to get in touch don’t work. I even went the long way and navigated to the main website itself, filling out a support form, and it’s been weeks now that I haven’t heard from anyone after checking my email and even looking in my spam every single day!

Transforming my prayer time

I definitely needed help organizing my prayer time and I certainly didn’t want to forget a prayer request. I’m very happy with all the ways I can capture my prayer items and also set reminders. I know there are more features that I hope to explore soon!
