RevCell is a mobile client application/service to a Revcord MMS voice recorder/logger. Please contact us at https://revcord.com/contact/ for licensing. Record your cellphone calls for easy retrieval and sharing. Users can stream over the cloud back to the local server for call recording storage. Calls can be viewed just like any other analog, digital, or VoIP call with the Revcord web-based client search engine

Need more than just app - client

This should be in the app description but you need to contact there sales support to request a license (unsure how much a license is) in order to even start using the app. This is just the app for mostly employees of somewhere that uses there services. (The Mobile Client)
