Located in Dartmouth, MA. Ritual Sweat Society is home of 11:11 The Practice by Tara Jae® and offers classes in power Vinyasa, Yoga fusion, HIIT, Zumba® and more.
11:11 The Practice by Tara Jae® is an urban yoga methodology that uses palindromes to create unique power yoga sequences. Rather than moving right to left, our sequences are done on one side then flipped and reversed backward. We use eleven primary poses chosen to warm up the body and target specific muscle groups. We mis these poses up with secondary poses and cardio movement strategically placed in the class to keep the body in fat burn mode. Throughout the class, we bring awareness to the chakras, fire up the core, flow through movement and eleven sun salutation variations. This is all done to stellar music with positive intention to attract what you need and release what you don't.
