Es un banco que nunca hace fáciles las operaciones a sus usuarios, para hacer una transferencia tuve que llamar a atención al cliente en 3 oportunidades porque me bloqueaban el usuario sin motivo de mi parte. Indican hacerlo en la computadora y nunca llega el código para ingresar. Si es un e-check de otro banco demoran más que cualquier otro banco para hacerlo efectivo. Les falta agilizar las operaciones y el servicio al cliente
