It is November 26, 2025. I went to log into this app a couple years after my last order and it remains stuck on the opening image. When I try to log into my account on the website and click the button for it to send me a code to verify my account, the code never comes through.

App No Longer Loads
Checked for pending updates, nothing. Deleted the app and re-installed it, nothing. It stays on the opening pic and never shows like it's loading. And when you try to access the website via mobile, it sends you to the app. :(
