In a strong market in St Pete I use this daily. I have been steering hotels w Revmax focus since 2004 and this is the most amazing tool I have in my arsenal. Keep it up and try to grab segments into your scope! It also helps me with my ChatGPT I wrote called Hotel Productivity King available in the ChatGPT store! I’m keeping ideeas app top of my iPhone.
