It asks for a "card secret"! WHAT CARD SECRET?!
I don't understand how these forgin companies can get away with marketing in english speaking countries, without the rule of proper directions to their products! Then whenever you try to sell explain why their products are not purchase worthy, they look at you as though you are the problem. PLEASE…. If you are going to market to foreign countries, make sure that you provide proper instructions in that language…. Otherwise you are going to have a lot of frustrations from those customers! I downloaded this app so that I can use real time translation using my AirPods. This app requested a “card secret”. Not once did the app description state that you needed to purchase ear pods through your companies, which would have a “card secret” included. Do you see what I mean? I don’t mean to sound rude, but this lack of information given will often tell people like myself that either your company is mediocre, or lacks common sense. Please correct the issue (letting customers know that they will need your company’s native headphones, make the device compatible with Apple AirPods, and other Bluetooth devices alike *getting rid of the so called “Card secret” requirement, or remove it from the platform altogether!
