Horrible App, Worst Service
One of the worst bank experiences I’ve ever had. The app is outdated, glitchy and borderline unusable for even the simplest task. Basic function functions fail regularly navigation is confusing. The overall design feels like it hasn’t been touched in a decade you can’t even use Face ID to login. Every interaction is an exercise and frustration! But the bigger issue is the bank itself after repeated failures and service and support ultimately had to escalate my case to the consumer financial protection bureau just to get movement. That alone should tell everything you need to know. If you’re looking for a reliable modern banking experience, look literally anywhere else this app in the bank behind it made routine bank. You feel like a full-time job. I close my account and will not be coming back. Just overall poor service

Poorly run company
Apparently bank transfers are no longer working through this app, and no one at the company has decided to send any information out to the people who are required to pay their mortgage through this app. I’m really curious how they expect people to actually fund their company when they don’t explain that it’s impossible for them to take any money from us. I really wish that my mortgage was run through literally any other company. I can’t wait to refinance and get away from these people.
