EXPERIENTIAL: Empathable creates the link between concept and reality, allowing participants to feel supported in areas like mentorship, one-on-ones, feedback, and DEI topics. The nuances of diverse identity features are woven into the learning itself – through Empathable, participants are immersed in real moments and interactions: leader to employee, team member to peer, human to human.

NO RIGHT OR WRONG: We believe in positive empowerment. Our experience is not meant to define what’s right or wrong for you. Instead, you have the opportunity to take a Walk in someone else’s shoes in less than 5 minutes. With our psychology-based reflection questions, learn how to examine your reactions to these moments, and then apply your learning to daily life.

REAL, NOT DRAMATIZED: Our experiences are created based on the lives of real people. We never use hypothetical situations. We recreate pivotal moments in the lives of these knowledge holders, so they can be shared and passed on, at scale.

EASY, REFLECTIVE, AND SOCIAL: In just 5 minutes, experience a Walk, take time to reflect in-app, then build connections with those experiencing the app with you.
