Now, when you open the app, you’ll see a simple screen that shows what you need to do, just for today. - Create your own account to track any habit, big or small.
- Add everyday tasks that are important habits in your life that somehow always get forgotten when we get busy
- Add other habits for new skills you want to master or to help with things that will make you better at life
- Create habits as reminders to make sure you’re keeping up with repeating weekly to-do items like cleaning out the fridge on the weekend
- Add additional habit tracking tiles anytime something comes up. You can also easily, delete or even pause a habit as life changes to help make you as effective as possible

- Open the app to find your “today” screen.
- Take a look at the your simple list of things to accomplish, just for today
- As you complete a daily habit, tap the tile to mark it complete
