It’s magical
The exercises and the instructors are wonderful and the breathing has so much more to it than just helping with the exercises. It has become a way of life for me and something that I choose to do not only for the exercise exercises before the health benefits that it offers. It is for everyone at every level. There is something to challenge or encourage each individual.
