Building Habits is one of the things necessary to accomplish any goal or work that needs commitment and persistence. It is definitely a skill worth acquiring. This app will help you to keep track of your habits building daily progress, as well as weekly and monthly progress, all in a simple, interactive and easy to use interface. This app available in English and Arabic.
Types of habits that can be added:
1- Task: a habit that repeated daily and does not need any additional screen, when it is done just push complete button.
Enter the habit name
Then choose the color you like
Then press the "Add" button at the top of the screen
Examples:
Call or visit parents
Read a story
...etc
2- Texts: a habit that repeated daily where you need to read a number of texts, such as the morning and evening supplications.
Enter the text, then the number of times it repeated (the maximum count is 100)
then press "Add Text" button, and the text will appear in the list below the button
then add the rest of the texts in the same way
upon completion the press "Add" button at the top of the screen.
3- Timer: a habit that you need a period of time to complete it, where the time period is specified in minutes, then the "Add" button is pressed.
Start the timer and you can lock the screen or send the app to the background, and a notification will be sent from the app at the end of time
Examples:
Walk for half an hour
Reading for 15 minutes
4- Counter: Usually you need to repeat or count
The maximum counter is 1000
Examples:
Read 20 pages of a book
Do a physical exercise a number of times.
