Terrible Long Waits
I have used this app for over a year now and loved it in the beginning however the whole Fanatics site and support has quickly gone down hill. I have been unable to retrieve my cards from their online vault for weeks now and have emailed their “support” but have not even received one response! I work in the software business and do not understand the lack of customer support or activity on my account! Will definitely be looking for a new app and new vault service!
