worst app ever
the last 5 times i’ve used this app i havent been able to connect to my socar or the app doesnt show the socar key or its always something. And theres literally no way for customers to contact socar agents without them contacting first and when they do its after the booking time has passed. This is no way to operate a reliable rental app. Thanks socar for all my cancelled trips. I’m deleting this app

Car cannot be returned to any other zone
I recently rented a car from SOCAR malaysia and my experience was frustrating. I needed to return the car to a different location due to a change in my travel plans, but they don't allow one-way returns. This was not made clear when I booked. There was a feature called “car pick-up” which turns out it doesn’t even work and it caused a major hassle. I ended up having to drive all the way back to the original location, wasting time and adding unnecessary mileage. I’m not going to rent from them for a while.
