Has not worked in months. I do not drive all the time so it took a while for me to see it wasn’t working. I contact Guidepoint and they say to take it to the dealership. That’s fine but I reply within this is a safety and security feature for my vehicle why is there no notification if there isn’t an update in months. No reply. I write the review and it disappears. Wow. Hopefully with pressure the dealership stops forcing this install and they lose some revenue

rep who came out to install this to my vehicle decided to "show me how the app works" and conveniently left a 5 star review in the process. i haven't even had it installed for 20 minutes. no wonder this app has so many 5 stars and 1 stars, the techs make sure to push them through when enabling valet mode - tbc
