C19 Auto Reporte is an application used so that travelers from abroad who enter Chile through a Border Control, can report their health status and symptoms during the 14 days of follow-up defined by the Health Authority.
Visitors must complete daily if they present any symptoms related to Covid, if they attended a health center, had a PCR test and / or made any change in their declared address.
The scope of use of the application is only for the entire territory of Chile.
