Oracle Health Community Care

Oracle Health Community Care for iPhone® and iPad® supports fast, easy, and smart workflows for care in the home. Oracle Health Community Care allows a clinician to take patient data offline, and perform comprehensive chart review and documentation tasks without an internet connection. With Oracle Health Community Care, clinicians can perform the following tasks:

• View clinician schedules and patient lists
• Download offline versions of patient charts for on-the-go access
• Make changes to the patient chart offline, and reconcile differences with online data
• Review patient demographic information
• Review, create, and sign patient documentation
• Review patient allergies, lab results, and histories
• Review and chart patient vital signs
• Review and add patient problems, images, and orders

Oracle Health Community Care also provides secure access for providers needing access to the EHR outside of the facility's walls.

IMPORTANT: Oracle Health Community Care requires your organization to have a valid license and be on release 2018.04.02 (or later), or have EP 229478 installed.
