Lots of potential, but unusable
I keep getting automated emails saying there was something wrong with my registration. I’ve emailed support several times, but haven’t gotten a response. I’m eager to use this service, but if they’re this bad about responding to potential customers, I can’t help but wonder how slow they’d be in an emergency. Maybe I dodged a bullet?
