Once you have all of your information filled out, you may bring your phone with you to any supported medical institution and place your phone near a NFC reader. Please note that all information you save on the app is encrypted. We never have direct access to your information. We only store your information in encrypted form.

Don’t work
I typed in my normal email address that i have been using for more than 20 years just to be told it was not a valid email address i rechecked every letter no errors and still wont work
