“What should I cook today? / Aaj khane mein kya banana hai? ” is an often asked question in all households.
The Indian food culture is unique and so are the Meal Planning requirements for daily cooking in India.
Indian meals are a comprehensive combination of Vegetables (Sabzi), Meats, Pulses (Dals), Bread (Roti, Parantha) and/or Rice along with Raita, Papad, Pickles etc.
The Indian family also has a very expansive palate where other region/countries cuisines such as Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Lebanese cuisines etc., are equally appreciated.
Given all of this, deciding on “what to cook” and to consistently provide for nutritious, healthy, yummy and interesting meals for the family is an unacknowledged source of anxiety for the home cook and decision maker.
Worry no more as AMIYAA is here to make it easy for you to decide your meal plans and add variety to your meals and much more!
