Accessibility failure

Responding on behalf of a blind user who is preparing for a Kilimanjaro climb, he purchased the inReach Mini 3 for safety. The Garmin Messenger app does not expose the compose field, Send button, or Add button to VoiceOver. Messaging is impossible independently. For a device advertised as emergency communication, this is unacceptable. Accessibility is not optional in safety equipment.

Not Impressed

Thought this would be a nice adder to send messages from a new Fenix 7x Pro. Little did I know you can’t see or message contacts shared from your phone unless they have the Garmin Messenger app installed. Can’t message iMessage users either. Garmin should figure a way to bridge the gap, until then this is a inferior messaging app.
