Report illegal, inconsiderate or poor parking in 3 steps:

1. Select the category of the parking violation
2. Take a photo of the badly parked shared scooter or bike (e.g. a scooter that blocks the pavement)
3. Scan the QR code of the vehicle

Vehicles can be reported in any city. In cities were Nivel is working closely with the authorities, the operators have an incentive to tidy up as soon as possible. The city keeps track of each operators response times. City officals with a login can also use the app with some extra features.

The parking offence, including the location of the scooter/bike, is anonymously transmitted to the authorities as well as the respective shared mobility operator.
