App is perfect

The App works seamlessly with my headphones and the headphones are great. I had an issue with the charging case and CLEER took care of it straight away. Everything about this group is way above par.

PLEASE work on your app

It shows nothing after i paired to Alley plus II Earbuds. I need to change the audio balance and other setting. Currently the high pitch hurts my ears with defaults. yall really need to get the developer to work on the app PLEASE!!
