Real Assist is an AR-based Remote Assistance Cross-Platform solution that enables the enterprise to leverage efficient, schedule-based and AR-enabled capabilities with live annotations for providing remote and virtual support.
Real Assist supports three roles 1. Host/ Operator who shares camera feed and receives support, 2. The instructor who provides virtual support and augments rich contents on real-time feed received 3. A spectator who participates in session as a viewer without any controls.
