If you have any issues good luck
The customer support is apparently different from regular CSpire Wireless. If you try to use the chat feature you're better off slamming your face into a table. The chat acts like it's a real person but it's all automated bots that are completely useless. I've been trying to activate and port a number over for two days now. I'm glad it didn't work because I think I've dodge a bullet. This is the worst experience I've had with wireless cell provider. They relaunched as CSpire Switch because CSpire Solo was so bad it's the same thing. New name and branding but same terrible customer support.

Pure garbage
I’ve been trying to do this for over a week. No matter what credit card, bank card/ debit I use, it always shows network error. I’ve chatted with so many agents over the course of the last week. Why can’t cspire just offer you $35/month if your device is paid for? I’ve given serious thoughts to going to AT&T and getting basically the same plan through them. If I could give it no stars I would.
