About Open To Close, Inc

The default dashboard is the messages. This is a list of messages that you have access to and are able to send to people or properties you have access to. The properties tab is a list of the properties you have access to. When you press on property it takes you to a new window and you see the timelines, messages, details, documents, contacts, tasks, and notes for that individual property if the content has been put into the property.

The important date is a list of properties with important dates.

Forms tab is a list of any intake forms that you have available to you to use.

Settings tab allows you to view terms and conditions, privacy policy, or log out of the app

No ability to modify or add files?

I’m always on the go and wanted to use open to close alongside my transaction coordinator and my partners to catch up with transactions, contacts, and files. The app doesn’t have these abilities! My colleagues with follow up boss has such a robust CRM system and the app is a lot better. I wish I researched this more before committing

Needs more ability to edit/add to files!

At the very least want to be able to add notes to my files!
